Utilities Code § 39.911","heading":"ALTERNATIVE FUNDING FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SYSTEMS.","body":"The State Energy Conservation Office, in coordination with the governor, the Department of Agriculture, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Texas Education Agency, the commission, and other appropriate state agencies, shall solicit gifts, grants, and other financial resources available to fund energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy systems for public and private facilities in this state.\nAdded by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 939 (H.B. 3693), Sec. 23, eff.
