Utilities Code § 52.152","heading":"LIMITED REGULATORY AUTHORITY.","body":"Except as otherwise specifically provided by this title, the commission has only the following authority over a telecommunications utility subject to this subchapter:\n(1) to enforce this title under Subchapter B, Chapter 15;\n(2) to assert jurisdiction over a specific service under Subchapter E;\n(3) to require co-carriage reciprocity; and\n(4) to regulate condemnation and building access.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
