Utilities Code § 53.351","heading":"PROVISIONS NOT EXCLUSIVE.","body":"(a) This subchapter does not:\n(1) prohibit a cooperative from filing for a new service or a rate change under another applicable provision of this title; or\n(2) affect the application of a provision of this title not directly related to:\n(A) establishing rates; or\n(B) the authority of the commission to require a cooperative to file a report required under this title or the commission's rules.\n(b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subchapter, the commission may conduct a review under Subchapter D.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
