Utilities Code § 54.104","heading":"TIME OF SERVICE REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) The commission by rule may prescribe the period within which a certificate holder must be able to serve customers.\n(b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), a certificate holder must serve a customer not later than the 30th day after the date the customer requests service.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, Sept. 1, 1997.
