Utilities Code § 55.134","heading":"COMPLAINTS AND ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) The commission shall:\n(1) investigate complaints relating to the use of an automated dial announcing device; and\n(2) enforce this subchapter.\n(b) A local exchange company that receives a complaint relating to the use of an automated dial announcing device shall send the complaint to the commission. The commission by rule shall prescribe the procedures and requirements for sending a complaint to the commission.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
