Utilities Code § 55.303","heading":"VERIFICATION OF CHANGE.","body":"A telecommunications utility may verify a change order by:\n(1) obtaining written authorization from the customer;\n(2) obtaining a toll-free electronic authorization placed from the telephone number that is the subject of the change order; or\n(3) an oral authorization obtained by an independent third party.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1212, Sec. 22, eff.
