Utilities Code § 58.255","heading":"CONTRACTS FOR PRIVATE NETWORK SERVICES.","body":"(a) An electing company shall provide a private network service under a customer specific contract.\n(b) An electing company shall offer private network service contracts under this subchapter at 110 percent of the long run incremental cost of providing the private network service, including installation.\n(c) Commission approval of a contract is not required.\n(d) Subtitle D, Title 10, Government Code, does not apply to a contract entered into under this subchapter.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
