Utilities Code § 60.022","heading":"COMMISSION UNBUNDLING ORDERS.","body":"(a) The commission may adopt an order relating to the issue of unbundling of local exchange company services in addition to the unbundling required by Section 60.021.\n(b) Before ordering further unbundling, the commission must consider the public interest and competitive merits of further unbundling.\n(c) On the request of a party, the commission shall proceed by evidentiary hearing.
