Utilities Code § 60.207","heading":"DIALING PARITY.","body":"(a) A telecommunications provider shall provide dialing parity to competing telecommunications providers of telephone exchange service and telephone toll service.\n(b) A telecommunications provider shall provide nondiscriminatory access to telephone numbers, operator services, directory assistance, and directory listings and may not delay that access unreasonably.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 2 (S.B. 5), Sec. 24, eff.
