Water Code § 11.127","heading":"ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: DRAINAGE PLANS.","body":"If the commission believes that the efficient operation of any existing or proposed irrigation system may be adversely affected by lack of adequate drainage facilities incident to the work proposed to be done by an applicant, the commission may require the applicant to submit to the executive director for approval plans for drainage adequate to guard against any injury which the proposed work may entail.\nAmended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
