Water Code § 11.130","heading":"RECORDING APPLICATIONS.","body":"(a) The executive director shall have all applications for appropriations recorded in a well-bound book kept for that purpose in the commission office.\n(b) The executive director shall have the applications indexed alphabetically in the name of:\n(1) the applicant;\n(2) the stream or source from which the appropriation is sought to be made; and\n(3) the county in which the appropriation is sought to be made.\nAmended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
