Water Code § 11.304","heading":"ADJUDICATION OF WATER RIGHTS.","body":"The water rights in any stream or segment of a stream may be adjudicated as provided in this subchapter:\n(1) on the commission's own motion;\n(2) on petition to the commission signed by 10 or more claimants of water rights from the source of supply; or\n(3) on petition of the executive director.\nAmended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
