Water Code § 12.015","heading":"POWER TO CONDEMN WORKS.","body":"(a) The commission may condemn existing works if their existence or operation may, in the judgment of the commission, become a public menace or dangerous to life and property.\n(b) In all cases of proposed condemnation, the commission shall notify the interested party of the contemplated action and shall specify a time for him to appear and be heard.\nAmended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
