Water Code § 15.216","heading":"CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL.","body":"The board may consider the following as grounds for refusal to give a certificate of approval for any construction contract:\n(1) failure to construct the project according to approved plans;\n(2) failure to construct the project in accordance with sound engineering principles; or\n(3) failure to comply with any terms of the contract.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 133, Sec. 2.05.
