Water Code § 15.313","heading":"BOARD MAY SELL OR LEASE PROJECTS.","body":"(a) The board may sell, transfer, or lease, to the extent of its ownership, a project acquired, constructed, reconstructed, developed, or enlarged with money from the storage acquisition fund.\n(b) The board shall obtain the approval of the attorney general as to the legality of all contracts authorized under this subchapter to which the board is a party.\nAdded by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., 1st C.S., p. 102, ch. 12, Sec. 1, eff.
