Water Code § 15.327","heading":"LEASE OF LAND PRIOR TO PROJECT CONSTRUCTION.","body":"The board may lease tracts of land acquired for project purposes for a term of years for any purpose not inconsistent with ultimate project construction. The lease shall provide for expiration before initiation of project construction.
