Water Code § 15.329","heading":"INSPECTION OF PROJECTS.","body":"(a) The board may inspect the construction of a project any time to assure that:\n(1) the contractor is substantially complying with the approved engineering plans of the project; and\n(2) the contractor is constructing the project in accordance with sound engineering principles.\n(b) Inspection of a project by the board does not subject the state to any civil liability.\nAdded by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., 1st C.S., p. 102, ch. 12, Sec. 1, eff.
