Water Code § 15.476","heading":"SUBCHAPTER CUMULATIVE OF OTHER LAWS.","body":"(a) This subchapter is cumulative of other laws on the subject, and the board may use provisions of other applicable laws in the issuance of bonds and other obligations and the execution of bond enhancement agreements, but this subchapter is wholly sufficient authority for the issuance of bonds and other obligations, the execution of bond enhancement agreements, and the performance of all other acts and procedures authorized by this subchapter.\n(b) In addition to other authority granted by this subchapter, the board may exercise the authority granted to the governing body of an issuer with regard to the issuance of obligations under Chapter 1371, Government Code.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 207 (H.B. 4), Sec. 2.02, eff.
