Water Code § 15.734","heading":"USE OF FUND.","body":"The board may use money in the fund, unless prohibited by an agreement made with a federal agency under this subchapter, to:\n(1) make a plumbing assistance loan;\n(2) administer the fund; and\n(3) grant or lend money to a political subdivision to defray the political subdivision's expenses incurred in administering a plumbing improvement loan program.\nAdded by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 294, Sec. 6, eff.
