Water Code § 15.902","heading":"DISADVANTAGED RURAL COMMUNITY WATER AND WASTEWATER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FUND.","body":"(a) The disadvantaged rural community water and wastewater financial assistance fund is an account in the water assistance fund.\n(b) The fund consists of:\n(1) money transferred to the fund from the water assistance fund under Section 15.011(b);\n(2) proceeds from the sale of political subdivision bonds by the board to the Texas Water Resources Finance Authority as provided by Section 17.0871; and\n(3) repayments of loans made from the fund.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1234, Sec. 22, eff.
