Water Code § 15.916","heading":"INSPECTION OF PROJECTS.","body":"(a) The board may inspect the construction of a project at any time to assure that:\n(1) the contractor is substantially complying with the approved engineering plans of the project; and\n(2) the contractor is constructing the project in accordance with sound engineering principles.\n(b) Inspection of a project by the board does not subject the state to any civil liability.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1234, Sec. 22, eff.
