Water Code § 15.918","heading":"CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL.","body":"The executive administrator may consider the following as grounds for refusal to give a certificate of approval for any construction contract:\n(1) failure to construct the project according to the approved plans;\n(2) failure to construct the works in accordance with sound engineering principles; or\n(3) failure to comply with any term of the contract.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1234, Sec. 22, eff.
