Water Code § 15.952","heading":"CREATION OF ACCOUNT.","body":"(a) The colonia self-help account is an account in the water assistance fund that may be used by the board only for the purposes of this subchapter.\n(b) The account consists of:\n(1) money transferred by the legislature directly to the account;\n(2) money transferred at the board's discretion from the fund; and\n(3) gifts, grants, or donations to the account.\n(c) Sections 403.095 and 404.071, Government Code, do not apply to the account.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1234, Sec. 23, eff.
