Water Code § 152.201","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ISSUE OBLIGATIONS.","body":"(a) A river authority may issue revenue bonds, notes, or other obligations for a purpose authorized by:\n(1) this chapter; or\n(2) another law, if the purpose relates to the generation, transmission, or distribution of electricity.\n(b) This chapter constitutes full authority for a river authority to issue revenue bonds and other obligations without reference to any other law.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 26, eff.
