Water Code § 17.023","heading":"EXECUTION OF BONDS.","body":"The bonds shall be executed on behalf of the board as general obligations of the state in the following manner: the chairman of the board and the development fund manager shall sign the bonds; the board shall impress its seal on the bonds; the governor shall sign the bonds; and the Secretary of State shall attest the bonds and impress on them the state seal.\nAmended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
