Water Code § 17.856","heading":"CONSIDERATION IN PASSING ON APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.","body":"In passing on an application for financial assistance for a participant, the board shall consider:\n(1) the needs of the area to be served by the project;\n(2) the availability to the participant of revenues, taxes, or a combination of revenues and taxes for payment of the acquired obligations of the participant; and\n(3) the costs to be incurred in the development, construction, and operation of the project.\nAdded by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 420, Sec. 3, eff.
