Water Code § 26.085","heading":"INCLUSION AT A LATER TIME.","body":"Any person or persons who are the subject of an action taken by the commission under Section 26.084 of this code and who are excluded from a regional or area-wide system because the person or persons will suffer undue financial hardship as a result of inclusion in the regional or area-wide system may be added to the system at a later time under the provisions of Section 26.084 of this code.\nAmended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff.
