Water Code § 26.456","heading":"UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK ON-SITE SUPERVISOR LICENSING.","body":"(a) A person supervising the installation, repair, or removal of an underground storage tank must hold a license issued by the commission under Chapter 37.\n(b) An on-site supervisor must be present at the site at all times during the critical junctures of the installation, repair, or removal.\nActs 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 244, eff.
