Water Code § 27.0321","heading":"APPLICATION FEE.","body":"(a) With each application for an oil and gas waste disposal well permit, the applicant shall submit to the railroad commission a nonrefundable fee of $100.\n(b) The fee collected under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the oil and gas regulation and cleanup fund as provided by Section 81.067, Natural Resources Code.\nAdded by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 239, Sec. 71, eff.
