June 9, 2021.\n(c) The railroad commission has jurisdiction over a well used for the purpose provided by Subsection (a) regardless of whether the well was initially completed for that purpose or was initially completed for another purpose and is converted to the purpose provided by Subsection (a).\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 224 (S.B. 1387), Sec. 2, eff.
