Water Code § 27.156","heading":"REPORTING OF WATER QUALITY DATA.","body":"A project operator shall:\n(1) perform water quality testing annually on water to be injected into a geologic formation and water recovered from a geologic formation as part of the aquifer storage and recovery project; and\n(2) provide the results of the testing described by Subdivision (1) in written or electronic form to the commission.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 505 (H.B. 655), Sec. 3, eff.
