Water Code § 36.172","heading":"MANNER OF REPAYMENT OF BONDS AND NOTES.","body":"The board may provide for the payment of principal of and interest on the bonds and notes in any one of the following manners:\n(1) from the levy and collection of ad valorem taxes on taxable property within the district;\n(2) from fees;\n(3) by pledging all or any part of the designated revenues from the ownership or operation of the district's works, improvements, and facilities and from the sale, transportation, and distribution of water; or\n(4) from any combination of these sources.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff.
