Water Code § 36.327","heading":"RESOLUTION TO ADD TERRITORY.","body":"If the board finds after the hearing on the petition that the addition of the land would benefit the district and the territory to be added, it may add the territory to the district by resolution. The board does not have to include all the territory described in the petition if it finds that a modification or change is necessary or desirable.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff.
