Water Code § 36.353","heading":"NOTICE AND HEARING ON CONSOLIDATION.","body":"(a) Each board shall publish notice and hold a public hearing within that district on the terms and conditions for consolidation of the districts.\n(b) After the hearing, the board may, by resolution, approve the terms and conditions for consolidation and enter an order consolidating the districts.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff.
