Water Code § 36.358","heading":"VOTED BUT UNISSUED BONDS.","body":"If either district has voted but unissued bonds payable in whole or in part from taxation assumed by the consolidated district, the consolidated district may issue the voted but unissued bonds in the name of the consolidated district and levy a uniform tax on all taxable property in the consolidated district to pay for the bonds.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 933, Sec. 2, eff.
