Water Code § 36.374","heading":"APPROVAL OF APPLICATION.","body":"The Texas Water Development Board, by resolution, may approve an application if it finds that:\n(1) granting financial assistance to the applicant will serve the public interest; and\n(2) the revenue pledged by the applicant from district taxes and fees and other sources will be sufficient to meet all the obligations assumed by the applicant.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1010, Sec. 4.39, eff.
