Water Code § 49.110","heading":"ELECTION JUDGE.","body":"(a) The notice requirements for the appointment of a presiding election judge under Section 32.009, Election Code, do not apply to an election held by a district.\n(b) To serve as an election judge in an election held by a district, a person must be a registered voter of the county in which the district is wholly or partly located. To the extent of any conflict with Section 32.051, Election Code, this section controls.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 105 (S.B. 902), Sec. 11, eff.
