Water Code § 49.112","heading":"CANCELLATION OF ELECTION; REMOVAL OF BALLOT MEASURE.","body":"Before the first day of early voting by personal appearance, the board by order or resolution may cancel an election called at the discretion of the district or may remove from the ballot a measure included at the discretion of the district. A copy of the order or resolution must be posted during the period for early voting by personal appearance and on election day at each polling place that is used or that would have been used in the election.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 105 (S.B. 902), Sec. 11, eff.
