Water Code § 49.272","heading":"REPORTS FURNISHED TO PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS.","body":"The board shall furnish to any person who desires to bid on construction work, and who makes a request in writing, a copy of the engineer's report or plans and specifications showing the details of the work to be done. The board may charge for each copy of the engineer's report or plans and specifications an amount sufficient to cover the cost of making the copy.\nAdded by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 715, Sec. 2, eff.
