Water Code § 5.172","heading":"FUNDS FROM OTHER STATE AGENCIES.","body":"Any state agency that has statutory responsibilities for environmental pollution or environmental quality control and that receives a legislative appropriation for these purposes may transfer to the commission any amount mutually agreed on by the commission and the agency, subject to the approval of the governor.\nAmended by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 795, Sec. 1.001, eff.
