Water Code § 5.239","heading":"PUBLIC EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE.","body":"(a) The executive director shall ensure that the agency is responsive to environmental and citizens' concerns, including environmental quality and consumer protection.\n(b) The executive director shall develop and implement a program to:\n(1) provide a centralized point for the public to access information about the commission and to learn about matters regulated by the commission;\n(2) identify and assess the concerns of the public in regard to matters regulated by the commission; and\n(3) respond to the concerns identified by the program.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1021 (H.B. 2694), Sec. 3.01, eff.
