Water Code § 5.502","heading":"APPLICATION FOR EMERGENCY OR TEMPORARY ORDER.","body":"A person other than the executive director or the executive director's representative who desires an emergency or temporary order under this subchapter must submit a sworn written application to the commission. The application must:\n(1) describe the condition of emergency or other condition justifying the issuance of the order;\n(2) allege facts to support the findings required under this subchapter;\n(3) estimate the dates on which the proposed order should begin and end;\n(4) describe the action sought and the activity proposed to be allowed, mandated, or prohibited; and\n(5) include any other statement or information required by this subchapter or by the commission.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1072, Sec. 1, eff.
