Water Code § 5.5146","heading":"EMERGENCY ORDER CONCERNING OPERATION OF CERTAIN TREATMENT FACILITIES WITHOUT PERMIT.","body":"The commission may issue an emergency order under this subchapter suspending operations of a treatment facility that:\n(1) handles waste and wastewater from humans or household operations;\n(2) is required to obtain a permit from the commission; and\n(3) is operating without the required permit.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 806 (H.B. 3264), Sec. 1, eff.
