Water Code § 5.605","heading":"STATE AGENCY PARTICIPATION.","body":"(a) The following state agencies shall participate and provide assistance to the estuary programs in implementing approved comprehensive conservation and management plans:\n(1) the General Land Office;\n(2) the Parks and Wildlife Department;\n(3) the Texas Department of Transportation;\n(4) the Railroad Commission of Texas;\n(5) the State Soil and Water Conservation Board;\n(6) the Texas Water Development Board; and\n(7) the Texas Department of Health.\n(b) Other state agencies may participate as necessary or convenient.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 287, Sec. 1, eff.
