Water Code § 5.757","heading":"COORDINATION OF INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS.","body":"(a) The commission shall designate a single point of contact within the agency to coordinate all innovative programs.\n(b) The coordinator shall:\n(1) inventory, coordinate, and market and evaluate all innovative programs;\n(2) provide information and technical assistance to persons participating in or interested in participating in those programs; and\n(3) work with the pollution prevention advisory committee to assist the commission in integrating the innovative programs into the commission's operations, including:\n(A) program administration;\n(B) strategic planning; and\n(C) staff training.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 965, Sec. 4.01, eff.
