Water Code § 51.027","heading":"MULTI-COUNTY DISTRICT: HEARING BY COMMISSION.","body":"(a) The commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction and power to hear and determine all petitions for creation of a district which will include land or property located in two or more counties.\n(b) The orders of the commission concerning the organization of a district shall be final, unless an appeal is taken from the orders as provided in this subchapter.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 110, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
