Water Code § 51.413","heading":"BALLOTS.","body":"(a) The proposition to be voted on shall be the issuance of the total amount of bonds covered by the engineer's estimate plus additional estimates made by the board.\n(b) The ballots shall be printed to provide for voting for or against: \"The issuance of bonds and the levy of taxes to pay for the bonds.\"\n(c) If a contract is proposed with the United States under the federal reclamation laws, the ballots shall be printed to provide for voting for or against: \"The contract with the United States and the levy of a tax to pay the contract.\"\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 338, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
