Water Code § 51.423","heading":"VALIDATION SUIT.","body":"(a) A district may file a suit to determine the validity of the creation of the district and the bonds.\n(b) If requested by the secretary of the interior, the district shall file a suit to validate a contract made with the United States.\n(c) If a validation suit is filed, the bonds do not have to be approved by the attorney general.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 340, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
