The board shall prepare or have prepared an estimate of all expenses incurred or to be incurred in the dissolution of the district and in the collection of sufficient taxes to pay all valid, enforceable indebtedness of the district.\nActs 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 380, ch. 58, Sec. 1, eff.
