Water Code § 51.874","heading":"EFFECT OF TRANSFER.","body":"On and after the effective date of the board's order under Section 51.872 of this chapter, the district:\n(1) is subject to a municipal ordinance that applies to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the associated municipality; and\n(2) is not subject to a municipal ordinance that applies to the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the dissociated municipality.\nAdded by Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 97, Sec. 1, eff.
